Daniel Gibson (he/they) is an actor and multidisciplinary theatre artist from Vermont, working across musical theatre and contemporary drama. He is drawn to stories that explore power, identity, intimacy, and the complexities of being human. Whether performing in new works, reimagining contemporary musicals, or tackling established classics, Daniel is most interested in theatre that asks difficult questions and invites audiences into honest, lasting conversation.​

His artistic practice is rooted in emotional precision, thoughtful collaboration, and a deep respect for the shared experience of live performance. He believes the strongest theatre doesn't provide easy answers—it creates space for empathy, curiosity, and connection. For Daniel, every rehearsal is an opportunity to discover something unexpected, and every performance is a chance to build a relationship with an audience.

Daniel is currently pursuing degrees in Theatre and Political Science at the University of Vermont. In 2026, he made his international debut portraying Nathan Leopold in Thrill Me: The Leopold & Loeb Story in Shanghai, China. As he continues to grow as an artist, he remains committed to creating work that is emotionally truthful, intellectually engaging, and rooted in meaningful collaboration.
